• Association agrees to lend all its resources, including time, talents, and efforts to promote the 2025 Parade of Homes.
• Organize, arrange, and schedule media advertising to promote to its fullest extent the 2025 Parade of Homes.
• Provide all necessary promotional materials and literature for the Parade of Homes for distribution to the visiting public.
• Produce a standard vendor listing on the official Parade website in which Vendor will be featured.
• Conduct social media advertising campaign during which Vendor will be featured.

• Follow and abide by the terms of the Agreement as set forth and subject him/herself to the governing power of the Association, including but not limited to the levying of fines and/or penalties.
• Be an Associate member in good standing with the Association.
• Abide by the decisions made by the Parade of Homes Working Group or Staff.
• Submit all Parade vendor entry requirements by March 14, 2025, including:
  • Pay the required entry fee for the Parade Vendor entry through the Parade payment portal.
  • Fully complete Parade vendor entry form - submit Parade vendor entry form here.
  • Supply a vector file version of logo to be published on the official Parade website via the Parade vendor entry form.
  • Send confirmation of Builder(s) approval of Vendor representation in Parade house(s) to the Association via the Parade vendor entry form.
    • It is the responsibility of the Parade Builder to choose which and how many Parade Vendors as well as which houses the Parade Vendor will be present.
• Organize a company representative or company promotional items to be physically present at the Parade house (inside or outside) to promote the company’s product and/or service.
• Vendors will be allowed a promotional presence at Parade house(s) to showcase their product(s) and/or service(s) and including, but not limited to, greeting, assist in Parade house touring, provide door prizes, provide lagniappe activities, and promotional materials.
• Vendor agrees and accepts the opportunity to participate as a vendor during the Parade of Homes, as per the following schedule, unless Association notifies Vendor of other hours:
  • Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, April 27, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• It will be the responsibility of the Vendor to educate themself on Parade guidelines.

• Vendor shall work with Builder(s) to coordinate the set up and removal of promotional items at the Parade house(s).
• Vendor is responsible for keeping promotional items in the Parade house(s) in an organized and neat manner.
• Promotional items should be removed from the Parade house(s) no later than 12 p.m. on Monday, May 5, 2025.

• The Association will be selling digital tickets to the Parade of Homes.
• The digital ticket platform will store all registrant data.
• Tickets will be scanned electronically via an Apple or Android phone or tablet device. Cellular data or wireless internet connection is not needed to scan tickets however, cellular data of wireless internet connection WILL be needed for syncing data back to the app each day.
  • Scanner may be any individual -  friends, family, school aged children, neighbors, etc.
  • Parade Builders have been instructed to not use a Parade Vendor for ticket scanning.

• December 13, 2024 – EARLY BIRD DEADLINE
  • Vendor Agreement signed by Vendor by this date and early bird fees of $1,500 paid
• March 14, 2025 – FINAL DEADLINE
  • Vendor Agreement signed by Vendor
  • Vendor Entry Fee ($1,750) paid. Payment can be made through the Parade payment portal.
  • Submit a completed Vendor Entry Form found here
  • Submit vector file version of company logo (.eps, .svg, .ai) via Vendor Entry Form 
  • Confirm which Parade house(s) you will have a company presence in via Vendor Entry Form 

• Only Parade of Homes Development, Builder, Vendor(s), and/or Sponsor(s) signage will be allowed on the premises of Parade houses during the event.
• Any Vendor signage should not block the signs provided to the Builder by the Association pursuant to the Agreement which will be prominently displayed in front of Parade house(s).
• Vendor signage should not block another Vendor’s signage.

Vendor MUST use Parade of Homes branding and the Parade of Homes official logo, including the Presenting Sponsor. These will be provided to the marketing contact listed on the entry form.

• Individual door prizes and prize drawings will be permitted in the Parade of Homes ONLY by Parade Vendors in houses who have paid and been approved by the Association.
• Only Parade Vendors who have paid and been approved by the Association will be eligible to have a promotional presence in the house(s) along the route. It is up to the Builder and Vendor to determine which house(s) vendors will be in.
• All premises of Parade of Homes shall be free and clear of all Automobiles, RVs, ATVs, Golf Carts, etc. unless provided by a Parade Vendor and/or authorized by the Association.
• Vendor assumes full responsibility for items left in the Parade house(s). Association accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged property and is not required to carry additional insurance to cover Vendor's property.
• Indemnity
  • Vendor agrees, to the fullest extent provided by law, to indemnify and hold harmless the Home Builders Association of Greater Baton Rouge from any claim, demand, suit, right or cause of action by any person, firm or corporation for any and all damages, economic loss, property damage, bodily injury, mental anguish, and/or any other loss arising from or related to any viewing of the entry/above-described company’s inclusion in Parade of Homes. Said indemnification shall include, but is not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees, expert witness fees and all costs of defense.

All items listed below must be received by final deadline, March 14, 2025:

• Vendor Agreement signed by Vendor (submitted electronically below)
• Vendor Entry Fee ($1,750) paid. Payment can be made via the Parade payment portal
• Submit a completed Vendor Entry Form
