• Association agrees to lend all its resources, including time, talents, and efforts to promote the 2026 Parade of Homes.
• To furnish each Community with the following signage:
  • Directional and/or parking signage for community
  • Signage marking community as an official Parade of Homes entry
• Organize, arrange, and schedule media advertising to promote to its fullest extent the 2026 Parade of Homes.
• Provide all necessary promotional materials and literature for the Parade of Homes for distribution to the visiting public.
• Produce a standard community profile on the official Parade website in which community will be featured on one full page.
• Conduct social media advertising campaign during which Parade entries will be featured.

• Follow and abide by the terms of the Agreement as set forth and subject themself to the governing power of the Association, including but not limited to the levying of fines and/or penalties.
• Be a Builder/Associate member in good standing with the Association.
• Abide by the decisions made by the Parade of Homes Working Group or Staff.
• Submit all Parade community entry requirements by March 10, 2026, including:
  • Pay the required entry fee(s) for each community entered in the Parade of Homes via the Parade payment portal.
  • Fully complete Parade community entry form - submit Parade community entry form here.
  • Provide a rendering or high-resolution photo of the front elevation of the Parade community to be published on the official Parade website via Community entry portal found here.
  • Submit Parade community latitude and longitude coordinates via Community entry portal found here.
• It will be the responsibility of the Community to educate themself on Parade guidelines.
• It will be the responsibility of the Community to erect all directional signs/flags and coordinate placement of signage within the community.

• December 13, 2025 – EARLY BIRD DEADLINE
  • Community Agreement signed by Community by this date and early bird fess of $1,750 paid
  • Entry Options Include: Land Only – Community under Construction; Completed Community with new construction (minimum two parade house entries; and, Established Community with new filing (minimum two parade house entries).
• March 10, 2026 – FINAL DEADLINE
  • Community Agreement signed by Community by this date
  • Pay the required entry fee(s). Payments can be made through the Parade payment portal found here.
    • Entry Fee is $2,000
  • Submit a completed Community Entry Form including:
    • Provide a rendering or high-resolution photo of the front elevation of the Parade community to be published on the official Parade website via Community Entry Form.
    • Submit Parade community latitude and longitude coordinates via Community Entry Form.

• The signage provided to the Community by the Association pursuant to the Agreement shall be prominently displayed in the front entrance(s) of the Parade community.
• Community is responsible for placing and gathering signage immediately prior to and after Parade.
• Community must have all Parade signage in one accessible place for the Association to pick up on April 28 and 29, 2026. If Community cannot meet this requirement, he/she must return all Parade signage to the Association office by Friday, May 1, 2026.

Community MUST use Parade of Homes branding and the Parade of Homes official logo, including the Presenting Sponsor. These will be provided to the marketing contact listed on the entry form.

All items listed below must be received by final deadline, March 10, 2026:

• Community Agreement filled out and signed (submitted electronically below)
• Pay the required entry fee(s) for each community entered in the Parade of Homes via the Parade payment portal.
• Fully completed Community Entry Form, including:
  • Provide a rendering or high-resolution photo of the front elevation of the Parade community.
  • Submit Parade house latitude and longitude coordinates.
